Machine parameters
- Three basic frame widths: Up to 460 / 560 / 660 mm.
- Bottom film width selection in 10 mm incremental steps.
- Index length up to 800 mm (standard) for rigid and flexible bottom webs.
- Draw depth up to 200 mm (depending on heating/forming system, pack geometrix and material characteristics).
- Max. 500 diameter for top and bottom web reels. 3"/6" cores. Jumbo unwinds as option
- Optional multiple forming/sealing die concept.
- Lifting seal bridge to reduce heat impact on product during machine stops.
- Hinged forming/sealing tool heads, motorized opening for easy inspection, maintenance and tool change.
